Why we use it. To reply to your enquiry, to assess job applications, and to keep the website secure.

Who sees it. Only the people at Brisk Legal who handle enquiries or recruitment. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except service providers who host the website on our behalf, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it. Enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up; job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices. You may ask us to see, correct or delete your information by writing to the email address on the Contact page.

Storage on your device. The website remembers, in your browser, that you have read the website notice, so it is not shown again on every visit.
